How long does delivery take?

All orders take 14 to 20 business days for processing, excluding delivery. This covers processing and manufacturing and begins once your payment is confirmed. After processing, delivery is 1 to 3 business days within Lagos, 2 to 7 business days to other Nigerian states, and 7 to 14 business days to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

What is the difference between virgin and raw hair?

Virgin hair is unprocessed hair collected from a single donor and lightly steam processed into a uniform texture. Raw hair is completely unprocessed and keeps the donor's natural texture, which makes it rarer and longer lasting.

How long will my hair last?

With proper care, virgin hair lasts around 3 to 5 years and raw hair can last 4 years or more.

Can I colour or bleach the hair?

Yes. Both virgin and raw hair can be coloured and bleached. We recommend a professional colourist to protect the cuticle.

Do you offer custom-made wigs?

Yes. Custom-made wigs are built to your chosen density, length, cap size and lace type. Processing takes 14 to 20 business days, the same as every other order.
