Shipping policy

So Luxe Hair is committed to getting your hair to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME 

Please allow 14-20 business days for processing and fulfilment of your order. This covers all processing and manufacturing time excluding delivery and begins only after full payment confirmation. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: You may not receive order updates while your order is being processed. Tracking information will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp once order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Lagos (Same-Day / Next-Day): Orders within Lagos are dispatched upon fulfilment. Please allow 14-20 business days for processing, after which delivery is typically within 1-3 business days.

Inter-state Orders: Please allow 14-20 business days for processing, after which delivery to other Nigerian states is estimated at 2-7 business days.

International Orders (UK, US, Canada): Please allow 14-20 business days for processing, after which international delivery (UK, US, Canada) is estimated at 7-14 business days. The estimated delivery time at checkout does not include processing and fulfilment time.

Business days do not include weekends and public holidays. During peak periods(Christmas,Easter, Chinese New year, etc), allow up to 5 additional business days.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes applicable in their country

DELIVERY

• A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
• Once your order is in the hands of our courier or logistics partner, So Luxe Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• If you miss a delivery, please contact the courier directly to reschedule.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Customers are solely responsible for all import fees, duties, and taxes applicable upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees.

Your billing and shipping address MUST match. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or unverified addresses. Contact us before placing your order if you need delivery to a different address.
