Klump order received

Thank you, your Klump payment has gone through.

Here is what happens next. Your order is now being confirmed by hand, so you will get a message from us on WhatsApp or by email within one working day confirming your length, density, lace and cap size. Nothing is built until we have confirmed those with you.

After that, your order enters the normal 14 to 20 business day processing window, and we send tracking once it is dispatched.
