Choosing your density
200g — Short Lengths: Recommended for shorter hairstyles, for a natural, lightweight finish.
300g — Layered Styles: Ideal for layered units, as the extra fullness enhances the layers and creates better volume.
300g to 400g — 22 Inches and Longer: Recommended for longer lengths starting from 22 inches, giving the hair the fullness and body needed to maintain a luxurious look.
HD lace or Swiss lace
HD lace is thinner and melts into the skin, so it is the better choice for a bare hairline. Swiss lace is a little stronger and more durable.
Caring for it
Wash with a sulphate free shampoo every two weeks, condition from mid length to ends, and air dry where you can. Store it on a stand or in the box it arrived in. For wigs, wash after every install or after 2 to 3 wears.
Processing and delivery
Every order takes 14 to 20 business days to process, excluding delivery. After that, delivery is 1 to 3 business days within Lagos, 2 to 7 business days to other Nigerian states, and 7 to 14 business days to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
Returns
Custom made pieces cannot be returned, because they are built to your measurements and cannot be resold. Please check your length, density and lace before you order, and message us on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
